Ingredients

Spaghetti Squash Marinara

  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese cubes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Herbamare® Original to taste

Herbamare® Original

Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal

How to make Spaghetti Squash Marinara

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

3. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil inside each squash half, making sure to coat the flesh evenly. Sprinkle Herbamare original seasoning to taste.

4. Place 1/4 cup of feta cheese cubes in each squash half, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the finely chopped garlic evenly over both halves.

5. Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and roast in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the edges are slightly caramelized.

6. Once done, remove the squash from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

7. Garnish with a generous handful of fresh basil leaves, then use a fork to scrape the flesh of the squash, creating spaghetti-like strands.

8. Serve your Spaghetti Squash Marinara hot and enjoy the delightful flavors!

This dish is not only easy to prepare but also a healthier alternative to traditional pasta, making it perfect for a satisfying meal.
